Are you upgrading from an older version? or a CDROM?
Upgrading 'unlocked' v1.65 and later: If you have a
'name' and 'key' style unlock code, please download and
install the latest trial version over the top of your
current installation. The name/key unlock code has letters
and is in two separate parts (name and key) - there is no
need to contact us, simply install the new version over the
last version. Please check this PRIOR to installing the
latest download version. We are no longer supplying a CDROM
version.
If you purchased ipPulse on CDROM, please note the CDKEY from the About window, then contact us for an unlock code - send us your current CDROM CDKEY. The CDKEY looks like this - all numbers xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxx starting with a 9 or a 1.
